Realizing that faculty is the heart and soul of an educational institution, the management lays special emphasis on the recruitment and selection of the faculty. We are proud to have a lucrative combination of senior, expert faculty members as well as qualified, young, energetic and dedicated faculty. As a policy, mainly full-time faculty are employed. However, guest lecturers and part-time instructors are arranged to supplement the efforts of the current faculty.

The BCIS Team consists of the School Board, the Director, the Principal, High School Department Head, Elementary Department Head, Thai Department Head, Kindergarten Department Head, Human Resources Manager, Guidance Counselor, librarians, a licensed nurse, 40+ teachers and 20+ classified staff members. Our teachers represent 8+ countries: American, British, Filipino, Thai, Korean, Taiwanese, Spain, and others.
